Job Description

We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel who will report to Senior Legal Counsel as part of our dynamic team in Milan Offices.

Your opportunity

Overall support to the Legal Department in the area of competencies and in the daily activities.

How you will contribute

  • Drafting and negotiation of agreements for offices and stores new opening or refurbishment (NDA/confidentiality agreements, general contractor, millwork, and other services or goods supply contracts, consultancy agreements, etc.)

  • Drafting and negotiation of lease agreements (both for commercial use – e.g. offices and warehouses – and for employees’ apartments)

  • Drafting invitation letters for foreign employees and partners to obtain visa for business trips

  • Day-by-day assistance and specific advice / memo to HR (except for employment matters), security, facility and store planning departments

  • Legal assistance relating to the commercial licenses (e.g. for sale of precious objects, perfumes, etc.)

Who you are

  • Law degree

  • At least 3 years of experience in the legal field

  • Fluency in English

  • Great attention to detail and accuracy, good interpersonal skills and possess strong time management and multitasking skills

  • Good working knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office package
