The Legal Department of Christian Dior Couture works with Christian Dior Couture and all its subsidiaries and brands in all the countries of the world. It is made up of 12 lawyers and is organized in a specialties cluster under the supervision of the Legal Director. The Legal Department of CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE plays an essential role in the Dior House's business and acts as a business partner in close proximity to operational decisions.

In this context, As part of the Legal Department, you will be responsible for assisting lawyers in:

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts and other documents (contracts for the provision of services, IT services, selective distribution, confidentiality agreements, etc ...

  • Research on questions relating to competition law, distribution law, consumer law, business law, real estate law and construction law

  • A regulatory and jurisprudential monitoring mission, with a regular presentation, to the entire team, of these legal watches; - the power of the contract management tools.

PROFILE

  • Holder of a Master 2 Business Law in the field of Contract Law, Masters Business Lawyer / DJCE ideally holding the CRFPA. Y

  • ou have a successful experience as a trainee, at least 6 months, in business and / or law firm.

  • You are proactive and want to invest in an internship where you will demonstrate the qualities of adaptation, reactivity, rigor and team spirit.

  • You are able to become quickly autonomous and to respect the confidentiality inherent to the missions that will be entrusted to you.

  • You master computer tools (Word, Excel, Internet) and you practice English fluently. Trainee contracted and full time.
