Our Group IP Legal department is opening its doors for a paralegal to join our team. You will work on IP RIGHTS for our prestigious Maisons in terms of Trademark, Design, and Copyright within the IP budget.
What you will do:
You will work on IP RIGHTS for our prestigious Maisons in terms of Trademark, Design, and Copyright within the IP budget. You will instruct the external agents and assist with intellectual property litigation, and conduct related intellectual property researches, and manage the internal IP Database as accurate and updated as possible.
Furthermore, you will provide a helping hand on to the team and support on any IP tasks (searches, evidence gathering, classification of certificates, filing, reports, etc…).
Your daily tasks include:
IP rights management: Trademarks, Designs, and Copyrights in coordination with Maison IP Advisors
Management of the IP Portfolio by managing and ensuring the filing, registration and maintenance of the IP rights, including preliminary searches
Prepare and provide all useful IP reports and analyses on the basis of the IP Richemont Database (Diams IQ) · Manage and action trademark watch notices, opposition procedures, and liaise with the anti-counterfeiting paralegal on similar issues
Prepare and manage budgets for the filing, prosecution and renewals of IP rights
Your profile:
You have a law degree with a specialization in IP;
You already have 2 to 3 years’ work experience as an IP paralegal;
You are no stranger to languages and can easily speak and write in French and English fluently
You be successful in this position if:
