As part of the legal department, you main tasks will be:

• Transversal missions in business law (competition, distribution, consumption)

• Drafting of draft contracts

• Conducting legal research and writing draft notes

• Participation in the validation of communication media

• Participation in pre-litigation and litigation

• Participation in international development projects of Sephora (creation of subsidiaries, study of legislation)

• Participation in the corporate monitoring of Sephora Group's foreign subsidiaries

PROFILE

• Training type business school or university curriculum with a specialization in international business law / competition law, distribution, consumption / European law or DJCE

• You are recognized for your writing skills, your ability to synthesize and for your rigor

• Dynamism and responsiveness

• Fluent English
